My garage door opener needed replaced after many years of use. Will came, and explained everything to me -- including some upkeep advice. It was much appreciated. The new garage door opener was installed in less than two hours. It is so quiet compared to the old one, and seems to be of excellent quality. Will was very professional. I appreciated his honesty and his patience in handling the installation.

The technician Z provided excellent service as well as a friendly and informative manner. I called immediately after the door broke at 3pm and Z was here in less than 30 minutes. Our current garage door opener was 20+ years old and chose to fail today Monday March 3, 2014 as I was leaving for work. It closed down to about 2 feet from the ground and would not move up or down. I could not get the pull chain release to work so I could close it the rest of the way. I selected Precision based on their A rating on Angie's List and their proximity to my home. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day service call appointment between 2 and 5. I got a call back that based on the technician having a call in Brecksville at noon my call was moved up to 1:00. Even better, Bill called me at 12:10 and asked if he could arrive earlier, which was fine because I work in Brecksville. Bill was at the house when I arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem. The large gear that moves the chain to lift the door was stripped. Bad news the opener was so old that it did not have the safety sensor that is required by code and he was prohibited from repairing the gear. We had to get a new opener. Bill showed me the models available with the full installation price including tax. I selected the base model LiftMaster .5 hp belt drive and Bill got to work installing it. He was finished just before 2:00 PM so I missed minimal time from work. He was very professional and courteous. Bill even set up the HomeLink transmitter in my car before he left. Overall this was a very good experience.

Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. Bill is honest, hard working, and reliable. Would highly recommend him to others. Thanks again for fixing our garage door. Excellent job Bill.

I called to schedule a service appt. on a Sunday afternoon and Jim called to say he could arrive earlier than orginally scheduled on Monday morning which was perfect for our schedule. I showed him what the door was doing and he determined we needed a new opener. He also showed me that the sensors were installed improperly and now they are installed correctly. He was professional and courteous the whole time and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will recommend your company to anyone who needs help with garage doors and openers.

WOW! 24 hour service at no extra charge! That captured my attention in the Yellowbook. I also liked going on the internet to see the picture and bio on the serviceman coming out to my house late at night. I was not disappointed with the serviceman. The truck was marked well and he had identification on. Bill Adamini was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything well so I could understand the problem. I had 6 options to pick from and Bill explained each one in detail. Bill went above and beyond the normal expectation of a sales/repair technician in performing his job. Because of my handicap, Bill offered to do several things for me (like going up the stairs for the detergent) which was extremely appreciated. I have already told several people about the fantastic service I received from Bill. Since my new garage door would take 3 days to come in, he came back the next day to replace several parts (spring and hardware) so that I could get my car out of the garage. Bill is very well trained and has a super personality!

Your Tech Matt Petroff did a great job explaining the work that would be done and what he recommended. He did not push any service or additional repairs after his recommendation like other sales/tech reps form other companies which was a nice change of pace. Matt did a great job with the servicing the door, installation of new parts and clean-up.
