I chose Precision because it was the first available company that contacted me, and was not disappointed. The technician who arrived when he said he would arrive was pleasant and highly conscientius throughout th eprocess. He completely explained the problems I was having with my old gragge door opener and told me what needed to be done, which was to install a new system. Matt Petroff, the skilled technician was pleasant and friendly, but he was all business when it came to installing the new system, which he explained fully to me before he left. I was impressed by the way he worked right through the lunch hour and never took a break. The result was a fine, quality product, installed by a fine, quality person that gave me a good feeling that made my day - a day that started off with my old system collapsing causing the garage door to fall down with one huge thud! Five stars for your company and especially for Matt.

I called Precision after another company gave me an all day time frame for showing up and never called before showing up. Although I was within 5 minutes of the house, they came and left and said I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled, but with Precision and very glad I did. "Z" was very professional and courteous. He treated my garage door as if it were his own -- he did not leave until he was completely satisfied with how the door was operating. New to the area, I now have a company I will use and recommend. Mr. Jovanovic is an excellent technician who is fully trained for his job and is able to explain in lay man,s terms the deterioration of our garage door operation beyond the initial door spring breakage. Our garage door spring broke Saturday morning. We were clueless what to do. We looked up garage repair online and your company came up. The lady on the phone was great, and an hour later the technician was there. He was professional and competent. He had the garage door fixed in less than an hour. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid. Would use this company again.

Didn't know who to call concerning my garage door sensor problem that has been ongoing for over a year. I consulted the phone book and called Precision and so glad I did. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately and new sensors were installed. He even oiled the hinges and that has made a huge difference. It sounds so nice when the door is opened & closed. Mitch was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

My garage door opener started to make noise indicating that it was reaching its end-of-life. I found Precision Door on the internet. I called them first thing in the morning and made an appointment for 5pm that day to explore repair or replacement options. A few hours later, I received a call from Al advising that he was nearby and asked if I wanted to move the appointment to 11am. I agreed. Al arrived and concurred that I was in need of a new opener. I elected to have the Marantec PDS-4700eL belt driven opener installed. Upon installation, it was discovered that the springs and rollers were in need of replacement as well. Ninety minutes later, I had a new opener that was so quiet I questioned if it was running or not. I'm very pleased with the product and the installation. A couple friends are rather impressed as well and plan to replace their openers with the same company and brand when necessary. It must also be noted that Precision's prices are rather competitive.

I randomly chose Precision from the yellow pages because of their BBB member status. From the initial phone call to the completion of service the experience was excellent. The woman I spoke to explained that weekend service was not an additional charge and asked for the promotional, cost saving code, from the advertisement without my having to ask. The service technician, Brian, showed up on time, was professionally dressed (shirt with logo),introduced himself, and was courteous throughout the repair. He explained three repair options, with corresponding costs, and allowed me to decide without pressure. He proceeded with the repair and was in and out within the time frame he had estimated. The repair was fairly straightforward without complications. Brian explained the warranty and how to contact the company in the event of further or future problems. All in all it was a very good experience. I would, and have, recommended Precision to my friends, and associates on my Condo Association"s Board of Managers. Even though we, as homeowners, do not like to have to repair such things as garage doors, thanks for a great experience nevertheless.

I Work two jobs and Sunday my garage door broke. Call for an appointment and Bill was out within a couple of hours. He was very pleasant and nice. He did a great job and I will be calling Precision Door for all my needs in the future.
