Called at 10:30 pm on Friday night for next day appointment and they had tech Zorne call me by 8:15 am Saturday to say he was on his way. Quick, honest and efficient work. Would definitely recommend in future. Zorne was very nice and great to deal with.

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I had a complete rebuild of door movable parts including two springs. ( originally had only one ). Paul did a very good job of explaining the problem and completed the work in a short period of time. Very satisfied. ( retired - wished it was cheaper, such as AARP discount )

I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! He oiled everything down and installed new roller wheels metal with berings , the builers Pulte" put in plastic.... Thank You Ryan !! and Precision Door..... Al Caruso North Ridgeville Ohio

I Work two jobs and Sunday my garage door broke. Call for an appointment and Bill was out within a couple of hours. He was very pleasant and nice. He did a great job and I will be calling Precision Door for all my needs in the future.

I chose Precision because it was the first available company that contacted me, and was not disappointed. The technician who arrived when he said he would arrive was pleasant and highly conscientius throughout th eprocess. He completely explained the problems I was having with my old gragge door opener and told me what needed to be done, which was to install a new system. Matt Petroff, the skilled technician was pleasant and friendly, but he was all business when it came to installing the new system, which he explained fully to me before he left. I was impressed by the way he worked right through the lunch hour and never took a break. The result was a fine, quality product, installed by a fine, quality person that gave me a good feeling that made my day - a day that started off with my old system collapsing causing the garage door to fall down with one huge thud! Five stars for your company and especially for Matt.

I called Precision after another company gave me an all day time frame for showing up and never called before showing up. Although I was within 5 minutes of the house, they came and left and said I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled, but with Precision and very glad I did. "Z" was very professional and courteous.
