Very pleased with work done. Paul the technician was very personable and knowledgeable. On time to appointment and work completed the very same day! I was expecting to get a quote then shedule appointment for it to be completed. No need everything on truck, and it's like I have a brand new door! Great service, I highly recommend this company. To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)

My garage door was in need of repair. I contacted Presicion Door after locating this company via yellow pages and reviews on there web site, decided this was the right company for the job. Anthony Wise was the technician sent to repair my door. He called prior to appt and stated he could be there earlier then he was scheduled to. He advised me of what repairs was needed and fixed my door promptly. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would call them for any future repairs and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Anthony, you are a true professional.

I purchased service and a keypad entry installation from Groupon and they came out the very next day and explained the condition of all parts connected with the operation of my garage door. Had the company out in 2006. Tech suggested a complete overhaul. It was pricey but we had the money at the time, and it was lifetime warranty, and we weren't planning on moving anytime soon. May have paid for itself on Friday when I needed a spring replaced

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company. I was also impressed by the confirmation e-mail so I knew a face and name of the person showing up at my home. Bill Adamini serviced my garage door today. He was top-notch all the way! The spare door opener needed replacing and the door hardware was in need of a tune-up. Bill called ahead to confirm the time, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues quickly, and provided several options to solve the problems. He is a great asset to your company. Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems.
