Will did a great job! He was on time, courteous, and did all the repairs in a timely manner. He also upgraded our security for the overhead door with a device which will prevent the criminal from being able to pull down the attachment piece on the door to the rail.

The while thing went very well. I called on a Sunday and asked for a Monday appointment, which was given to me right away. I received an e mail with the techs name that was going to come it also had his picture. I think this a great service. When Will got here he looked. At the opener and told me what was wrong. He was able to tell me how old my opener was, I did not think it was worth saving, so I purchased a new one. He did not push me into buying one!!! He did a great job of installing a new opener and then I asked him to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, which he did. I could not be happier with the service Will provided.

I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!

I cannot say enough about your technician Matt Petroff. He was informative and extremely friendly. He pointed out the options to fix my door and let me decide what to do. He explained the choices I had in detail. Because of his expertise, I purchase a garage door opener. He did a beautiful job much more than I expected. He was efficient and extremely well trained in his profession. I have recommended him to my friends who need garage door repairs. I would never even consider another company because no one could come close to his workmanship. He is a definite asset to your company.

He showed me what was causing my garage door problems (very loud sounds and would stick every day when trying to open or close), what he could do to fix it, and then once fixed showed me how nice it worked.
