Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

Bill came out for an emergency garage door repair on February 3rd. My electric garage door would not close. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door quickly and accurately. He even helped us put our stuff back in our garage. Cost was reasonable. Service was better than I expected. I highly recommend.

I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). Our repairman (John Franks) arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, estimated the repair time, worked efficiently and promptly, and even answered the frequent questions from my inquisitive six-year-old grandniece. Everyone's efforts on our behalf were greatly appreciated.

I had accidentally rub into my garage door while it was opening. I did quite a bit of handbags including snapping 2 wheels off and knocking out completely off the tracks. I called mid morning and had someone out by about 1230. I was so grateful that my garage door was able to be repaired and not have to replace it. It was done in about a hour and a half that same day! The technician explained everything that needed to be done. He was courteous, and very professional.

Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.

Will did a great job! He was on time, courteous, and did all the repairs in a timely manner. He also upgraded our security for the overhead door with a device which will prevent the criminal from being able to pull down the attachment piece on the door to the rail.

The while thing went very well. I called on a Sunday and asked for a Monday appointment, which was given to me right away. I received an e mail with the techs name that was going to come it also had his picture. I think this a great service. When Will got here he looked. At the opener and told me what was wrong. He was able to tell me how old my opener was, I did not think it was worth saving, so I purchased a new one. He did not push me into buying one!!! He did a great job of installing a new opener and then I asked him to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, which he did. I could not be happier with the service Will provided.

Bill was very professional and very informative. I thought I needed a new torsion spring when instead all I needed was the bearings greased. I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!

I cannot say enough about your technician Matt Petroff. He was informative and extremely friendly. He pointed out the options to fix my door and let me decide what to do. He explained the choices I had in detail. Because of his expertise, I purchase a garage door opener. He did a beautiful job much more than I expected. He was efficient and extremely well trained in his profession. I have recommended him to my friends who need garage door repairs. I would never even consider another company because no one could come close to his workmanship. He is a definite asset to your company.

Paul was extremely friendly and professional. He showed me what was causing my garage door problems (very loud sounds and would stick every day when trying to open or close), what he could do to fix it, and then once fixed showed me how nice it worked. It looks and sounds great now. I will definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Outstanding service! Service Rep Bill arrived promptly on time, quickly diagnosed the problems and gave me a thorough explanation so I fully understood what was required to make the door operational again.
