Broken spring on garage door. Called Precision Garage Door and they sent out a repairman the same day. Installed two new springs. Price was less than we expected, and repair was quick. Great experience, and would recommend.

Your service representative was actually early for the appointment, which usually doesn't happen in today's society. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. If he were my employee I would be proud of him. Your company trucks had a very descriptive logo on it so there would be no question about who was pulling into my driveway. And I loved the fact that even before he came I received an e-mail for confirmation with the service employees pictures so I could identify who was coming for service. The BBB Rating is also a PLUS! I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too. Thanks to my friend Leslie M., for recommending PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE! I too, shall recommend them & Paul & Greg!

Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

Bill came out for an emergency garage door repair on February 3rd. My electric garage door would not close. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door quickly and accurately. He even helped us put our stuff back in our garage. Cost was reasonable. Service was better than I expected. I highly recommend.

I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). Our repairman (John Franks) arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, estimated the repair time, worked efficiently and promptly, and even answered the frequent questions from my inquisitive six-year-old grandniece. Everyone's efforts on our behalf were greatly appreciated.

I had accidentally rub into my garage door while it was opening. I did quite a bit of handbags including snapping 2 wheels off and knocking out completely off the tracks. I called mid morning and had someone out by about 1230. I was so grateful that my garage door was able to be repaired and not have to replace it. It was done in about a hour and a half that same day! The technician explained everything that needed to be done. He was courteous, and very professional.

Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.
