The young man showed up at the time I was told he would be here, there was actually nothing wrong with my door. It seemed to be sluggish due to the extreme cold temps out lately. He did explain all of the components that make a garage door opener work and their function. Also what I should be aware of to know if there is a problem. Afterward, he made a few minor adjustments to the door and was on his way. I appreciate the explanations in terms I understand. All of my dealings with this company have had positive results!

The young man came to my home, identified himself, found the problem with my door, showed me and explained everything in terms I understood, and fixed my door! We have had the new door for just under a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it representatives. The young man was polite, and knowledgeable about his job. He also cleaned up everything when he was finished. All I had to do was put the vehicles back in the garage and close the door.
