The young man came to my home, identified himself, found the problem with my door, showed me and explained everything in terms I understood, and fixed my door! We have had the new door for just under a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it representatives. The young man was polite, and knowledgeable about his job. He also cleaned up everything when he was finished. All I had to do was put the vehicles back in the garage and close the door.
