Precision provided a same day appointment, which was amazing, and arrived squarely inside the predicted time frame. The problem was diagnosed and explained clearly. We were provided options regarding the fix as well as additional items which can prevent the issue in the future. Precision was out a year ago for a different service. At that time he noted that our builder cut a corner or two which was stressing the garage door. He predicted the door would break in a certain way and approximately when it would break. He was exactly right. The repair was conducted quickly in a professional manner. We will use this company again.

Bill arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of some of the parts, the job became more complex than originally thought. He fully explained the options for the repair. He worked with his supervisor to find an optimal solution to the problem, and actually discounted some of the parts needed for an ideal repair. He persisted in his efforts to precisely balance the door, even to the point of disassembling the repair to install a different spring to achieve an ideal result. He is a true professional who is a credit to Precision Door Service.

Dave, the technician, called ahead allowing me to warn him about my snow covered driveway. He had to go up and down that driveway to carry tools, ladder, and parts, but he was prepared. He described what he had to do, showed me what had been done incorrectly by the previous door repair company that led to my current problem of a destroyed trolley screw drive. We discussed the remedies short-term and long-term and he demonstrated ways in which I could keep my door working more easily. He was very polite and methodical in doing the repairs. I would love to warn others about the previous door company, but I was very pleased with Precision and its technician. I would recommend Precision highly and use them on my rental properties when I have problems.

Paul Broschk was the technician that came out to our home to install a new garage door opener. Before starting the job Paul inspected the garage door springs, rollers, pulleys, bearings and cables and found them all be worn from 45 years of use. Paul replaced all the needed parts and installed opener. GREAT JOB PAUL, I would recommend Paul and Precision Door Service to any friends or family that need garage door service in the future ! Please note that Anthony was the technician who performed the garage repair on Monday, June 1. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. He tested the operation of the door, discussed more about the door in general which was helpful and educational. Tony is pleasant about answering questions and very professional in his demeanor. vk

I was quite surprised to make a call for an appmt & the technician came 30 minutes later. Zoran was professional, explained all my options in full details without any pressure to purchase any particular product(s). This was the first time we had our doors professionally serviced in the 14 yrs both garage doors have been installed. Efficient and no mess left for me to clean up which was great. Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Yesterday was the coldest day of the year, and when I called because my garage door wouldn't close, your service tech Paul came out and made it seem that his only concern was making sure that I was satisfied with his service. We haven't had to call you very often because you sell a good product, but I am pleased with how well you stand by that product, and how your service people respond to the needs of me, the consumer. Matt installed my door initially, and as back then, explained what he was going to do to correct the problem. They replaced the opener, flat out, because it didn't want to work. They stand behind their product which makes me so glad that I chose Precision. Also, when Jim Kouri was here yesterday, he was not afraid to admit that he wasn't sure why the door wouldn't respond. He called Brad Buzzelli, who had been here last time this happened to ask for assistance. I like how all the members of this company work as a team, and ask each other for assistance. Makes me confident that their concern is being sure the product works and the customer is happy! Keep up the good work fellas!
