The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed. When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot! An hour later I had a beautiful new, modern, quiet, strong, smooth garage door opener with a lifetime warranty. Great service, great price, great product. I opted for a total rebuild of both doors as the parts were all original and 80 years old. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my garage would be functional that same day.
