Service was excellent. The gentleman was on time, very considerate, and showed quality in his skills. He explained what he was going to do and did all he said was to be done. Afterward, he went over all the changes and asked if I had any questions. He assured me that if anything went wrong that the company will take care of the matter immediately. Very pleased with their service, will definitely recommend these guys!! They are pros!! My service tech was Bill Adamini. He was on time, professional and courteous and most importantly repaired the cables/rollers on my old wood garage door on this cold January night. Appreciate his service so much. thank you for your prompt reply to service. Paul, the tech got right on it. As a senior on a pension, I did hope that it would not be as expensive as it turned out. But the service was very good.

Service was exceptional. I spoke with Vanessa on the phone & Michael Tyree was at my door in less than an hour. Michael very knowledgeable & professional. He explained everything that needed to be done & why. Michael did the work in a timely fashion, so I could get on with my day. He gets bonus points for giving me credit for the online coupon without making me print it out. I am glad I called Precision. I was impressed by the service.

I had my garage door repaired by Al Fleming who was prompt, courteous and provided great service and advice on garage doors. I would definitely use Precision again for future garage door repair or replacement.If I decide to have my garage doors replaced this summer, I would prefer to have the work done by Al Fleming.

Great Service! Bill arrived promptly as he indicated in his cell phone reminder. He gave me the estimate I wanted yet after looking at the door while it was functioning also made suggestions Operation is much quieter and both remotes now work on the first try.

Jason arrived right at the scheduled time (around 8am). I explained I wanted the yearly inspection (lubrication,etc) and a minor problem the door was having. He lowered the tracts and releveled the door, and a couple of other minor adjustments and now the garage door is working very well. He explained everything he did. Will call again next year or anytime I have a problem.
