I needed another garage door opener and the service man came on time and quickly programmed a new opener. He was polite and very helpful. He also replaced an old opener that was defective. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I would just like to say that I was glad I chose Precision to fix my garage door. I called the night before and they were there the next morning to fix the problem. The technician was very nice and gave me the best options for solving the problem. Would recommend this company highly!

I choose Precision because they are very professional, kind and courteous. My bulbs in my liftmaster needed changing and since I could not do it myself I called for service. Paul arrived on time and had the job done quickly. I give them 5 stars.

I had called this other company they came and gave me a quote to replace the Garage door . But I thank God someone gave me Precision Door they are the Best!! They are most definitely a Christian , People, Company !! everytime they come they be on time friendly, knowledgeable, yes !! Always so very helpful company like what can I do to help you !! Love it Bill just left my house here on time!! Like always I recommend them to everyone my neighbor got a new door I want to tell him you he picked the wrong company they been back to his house 3 times with problems.

It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. John was very prompt, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what he's doing. If all your service people are as easy to get along with, then your business will always get rave reviews. Serviceman arrived on time (after calling first). I needed a garage door tune-up and expressed a couple of concerns that I had about the door. The sericeman performed the tune-up and I was completely satified. Will use company again.

Service was exceptional. I spoke with Vanessa on the phone & Michael Tyree was at my door in less than an hour. Michael very knowledgeable & professional. He explained everything that needed to be done & why. Michael did the work in a timely fashion, so I could get on with my day. He gets bonus points for giving me credit for the online coupon without making me print it out. I am glad I called Precision. I was impressed by the service.

Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.
