John Franks called ahead and arrived on time. This was for my annual door tune-up. He worked fast and installed a weather strip that was peeling away. He also linked the button on my rear view mirror in the car to open/close garage door. Very professional and informative.

Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of the other companies got back to me yet.

I would just like to say that I was glad I chose Precision to fix my garage door. I called the night before and they were there the next morning to fix the problem. The technician was very nice and gave me the best options for solving the problem. Would recommend this company highly!

I choose Precision because they are very professional, kind and courteous. My bulbs in my liftmaster needed changing and since I could not do it myself I called for service. Paul arrived on time and had the job done quickly. I give them 5 stars.

I had called this other company they came and gave me a quote to replace the Garage door . But I thank God someone gave me Precision Door they are the Best!! They are most definitely a Christian , People, Company !! everytime they come they be on time friendly, knowledgeable, yes !! Always so very helpful company like what can I do to help you !! It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. I awoke to an emergency with my garage door this morning and immediately called. Precision Door. The Receptionist was kind, concerned, and thoroughly accessed my immediate need. Shortly thereafter, John Gilles was dispatched to my home and performed admirably, repairing my door in a professional and expeditious manner. Precision Door is the best in the area and their fees are quite reasonable. I reccomend Precision Door for any and all garage door issues.
