I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

Mr. William Coad came to our house ON time, and called first, to inform us that he will be there in 20 minutes, it took him 15, Precision Door is a class act, why go with anyone else. Mr Coad was exceedinglying pleasant, professional, good appearance, and went right to work, explaining everything, installing a new keypad with wireless remote. Where have you guys been my whole life. Will highly recommend Precision Door, particularly Mr. William Coad. Thank you, for a really great job.

Bill Adamini responded to the service call very quickly. The cable broke and he replaced the latch with a heavier one. He had to take the window out so he could get inside the garage. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Precision Door.

I had a broken torsion spring, but the entire door was in bad shape. Paul was my initial technician. He gave me a full assessment of what was broken and how bad the other parts were. We shifted to a complete replacement as I would have just been putting off the inevitable. Paul showed me the options and within minutes, we had the new door ordered and an appointment scheduled. Ryan came in at the appointed time, pulled the old door out, and had the new door installed. He cleaned up the space and tested everything to my satisfaction. An excellent job by both technicians.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided from the very first attempt to make an appointment. Not expecting service till next week as I called late on a Friday, and was surprised to learn that a repairman would be available Saturday morning.
