We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Mr. Petroff was a joy to have in our home . He is very courteous and instatntly built a relationship with me by his very complete explanation concerning the condition of our door. I felt that this was a very professional description of what the problem was and how it should be fixed . I also felt that he had our safety in mind as his utmost concern . I felt totally at ease with him and felt that he was very trust worthy . Mr Petroff is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door because of the quality of his technical expertise and the manner in which he interacted with me personally . I thank you very much for sending him and I give both Mr. Petroff and Precision Door A FIVE STAR RATING . This high mark is very hard to get from me because I am a craftsman in another area . Mr. Petroff keeps a very neat van and assures me that all the people , equipment and staff at Precision are top flight . Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies

Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.

"AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true. From beginning to end our experience with precision was great. It's a Sunday, I call and speak to a courteous operator who was able to get us a same day appointment. I was shocked to hear that there was no additional charge for coming on a Sunday. When Ryan got here ( 1.5 hrs early) he knew right away what to do. He explained things and gave us a reasonable estimate. He fixed the problem in no time and also greased the door. Couldn't ask for more professional reliable service. Fast service, came when they said, delivered on time and flawless install on a cold, snowy day. Appreciated the emergency service since I couldn't raise the door to get my car out of the garage. The new door is a better quality than the one that was there and looks great. I prefer efficiency and ease of getting the job done. I called Precision after talking with a competitor. While I am confident the competitor would have done fine work, I had to spend too much time discussing the schedules and challenges with the individual who answered the phone. While I appreciate all those challenges were there in getting someone to me quickly, I didn't need to hear every thought the individual had in thinking through how to dispatch service to me. Tedious, frustrating and I just decided to call someone else. Back to the internet. When I called Precision I spoke to someone who focused quickly on what I needed and got it scheduled without a running commentary on what she had to do. Easy. Then, everything after came precisely as scheduled.

Ryan was extremely professional and also extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was able to tear out our 60 year old door and hardware and do a full replacement by himself and in a very timely manner.
