My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother. This company is awesome. Our garage went down with a loud bang late at night on a Sunday (of course it did!). We found an ad that said you could call the number and actually talk to someone. I wasn’t very optimistic, but indeed Kim answered the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Bill called and introduced himself when he was on the way. He was clean, efficient, and professional. This company is a breath of fresh air.

Precision door did a great job! They were very professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as the repairman. They responded promptly with same day service!!! The repairman was not pushy at all about buying 2 springs, not just the broken one. He did explain very nicely how buying 2 springs comes with a 5 year warranty, not just 1 year for 1 spring because of the uneven stress the older spring puts on the new spring. I bought both springs and have a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with their service!

On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

We had an issue with our garage door and another provider had given us an estimate and said there was no way to fix it without replacing the entire door. Bill came from Precison, explained it was not hard to fix, gave me an exact quote at the time of the visit, and took care of it right then and there. He walked me through what he did and why.
