Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.

Technician Paul came to my home to service my garage door. Paul was on time for the appointment, very professional and explained all my options for solving the problem. I decided to replace the garage door as it was approximately 25 yrs old. Looking forward to getting my new door installed in a few weeks.
