With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

We are very pleased with the work we received. Our doors were rebuilt with the lifetime warranty.That is so important for us.Our garage doors are basically our front door especially since we do not have a service door from the garage.They are heavily used each day with having 2 dogs. Al Fleming did an outstanding job installing my new garage door, opener, battery back up, controls, springs, door seal, reote key pad, rails and took time to explain the operation of everything. The new door is so quiet it's hard to even hear it opening and closing. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any type of garage door service and/or installation. Brad was very patient, polite and took the time to explain what was wrong and the options available to me. As a Senior Citizen it can be a challenge to fully understand complex issues and Brad was very understanding. Jim Boland is a very customer oriented technician and he did an excellent job servicing my garage door. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did a complete check up, serviced the door and opener and replaced a hinge that I didn't even know was broken. I'm glad he caught that because it could have resulted in further damage in the future. The service performed was done professionally at a very fair price. Contacting Precision was easy. I simply dialed the toll free number, and within a few minutes I had an appointment setup for someone to come give me an estimate that weekend. Very professional and courteous at all times. Product is of the highest quality (R 13 value for their insulated door). My door was installed within a few days, and I didn't even need to be there. Everything was done by the time I came home, instructions left, along with all the remotes and keyless entry. Brad did a SUPER job. With 24/7 service and a lifetime warranty, Precision can't be beat!
