Precision Door Service of Cleveland was a pleasure to work with from the moment I contacted them. I was surprised to see they were open on a Sunday, so I gave them a call on Sunday morning figuring I wouldn't get a technician out to our home for a few days. They were able to schedule a technician that same day to come out to look at our garage door opener issue. I received a call from Bill Adamini about a half-hour before our scheduled time. He just finished a job on the eastside and had another job scheduled after ours back on the eastside. We live on the far, far westside and he asked if he could do the job after ours first and then come out our way. That was no problem and in fact, it was much better for our schedule. Again, I was just happy that had someone could come out on a Sunday and I didn't need to adjust my work schedule during the week to be home. About a half-hour before our reschedule time Bill called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he assessed our garage door opener issue and gave us several options. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in about an hour. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill and all that he had done. Bill cleaned up, went over all the details on the new garage door opener he installed. He had me step through all the new options we had and he was on his way. My wife and I are very pleased with our new, extremely quiet garage door opener. It has a few new bells and whistles that our old opener didn't have, which were nice additions. We purchased the 8550 Liftmaster. Our dog was also pleased with Bill too because Bill had some milk bone dog biscuits for him in his truck. Bill made a new friend. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Bill was out to our house today and completed a tune-up, replaced weather stripping on both garage doors and assured us all is in good working order, as requested. He called in advance of our appointment time to provide his ETA, was very courteous, as usual. This is the second time we have used Precision,. Unfortunately, our garage door spring broke on Labor Day weekend. The company we used prior was closed. We read reviews about Precision and they were excellent. We almost didn't go with Precision though, because we like employees of companies to have time off, so we hope you treat them well for their dedication and expertise. We had Zoran come to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we needed and why. We really needed 2 springs for our door and needed new roller and bearing plate. Also, our door was too tight and he fixed that as well. Very professional and personable. 5 stars from us! We will recommend you to others.

Called for opener battery back up service Bill A., technician, came the next day, replaced the battery backup, changed both light bulbs, made sure the system was fully functional, and took the slack out of the electrical cord. Outstanding service. I placed a service call at 8:30 AM and a service technician was at my home at 9:30 AM and was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes. Note that this was a warranty service call for service performed on the door in 2008. It was a no hassle experience. The technician was courteous and professional and quickly identified the problem and replaced the cables at no cost for parts or labor. The lifetime warranty is terrific. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone requiring garage door service.

I had work done to repair broken cables on each side of the door, and a broken spring. I also replaced the rollers and added a spring to the left side of my door, there was only one spring and it should have had two. I called at 7:45 on a Monday evening and Precision was able to have a technician/repairman at my house by 8:45 a.m the next morning (Would have been 8:00 without the bad weather). Zoran, the technician, completed a thorough inspection and explained why the parts had fail. He was able to complete the work in just over an hour and was able to arrive on time for work. I would definitely recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair.
