I was well pleased with the timely response and the work done by Brad Buzzelli. He was courteous and professional. When I mentioned the cost to other people who have had their springs replaced, they thought it seemed high. I left a message for Jim Boland to call me, but never heard from him. Perhaps there is a reason, but, without communication, I am not sure what it is.

Ms Stromberg and i were finally able to speak the day she wrote this review. She expressed some concern regarding the cost of our service as compared to other people she spoke to regarding the price they paid for similar work. We talked about the quality of parts, service and warranties and she quickly understood that comparisons cannot be made solely on price. She expressed her satifaction with my explanation and remains a very satisfied customer.
