Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. He was competent and cheerful while he was working and showed us how the new garage door controls worked. We would definitely give them 5 * and would recommend this company to others.

Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

I used Precision because of a special deal on Angie's list. The technician, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. His work was fast and efficient, and I plan to use your company again this year for repair of my second door. An extra star for Matt, since the temperature was in the teens.

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!

I've had trouble with the garage door and opener a few times over the past year. I had another company perform those services, but I decided to try Precision Door this time. Paul thoroughly inspected the garage door and opener. His evaluation explained why I've been having trouble. A new, lighter weight door and a new opener have been ordered. It will be good to not worry about future door problems. Paul was friendly and personable. He's a good ambassador for Precision Door.

My garage door operator stopped functioning on Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning the first thing and they sent a lovely polite and efficient repairman who came promptly at 10AM replaced the unit and was on his way by twelve noon. He explained all about the new unit and said that if I had any questions in the future to call Precision and they will give me the answers that I was seeking. I love their guarantee and also the manufacturers warranty. I would certainly recommend them.

Anthony was our technician. I called precision door since my door just fell and was a scary experience. The lady said someone would be in within six hours. Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. The confidence and professionalism with which he handled the whole situation, I was comfortable leaving while he did the work. He was considerate, sweet, professional and efficient.
