My technician Anthony Wise is wonderful. Superb service and he is a really nice person. Precision Door Service is by far the best garage door company in NE Ohio. They have done installations and repair at our house and my daughter's. Prompt, courteous service. They really are available 24/7...and you talk to a live person. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician, Will, arrived a couple minutes early and quickly had an estimate ready for a door rebuild. Everything was done in roughly 1.5 hours. The door functioned beautifully afterwards and operated much quieter/smoother than before. Quality work!

At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.

We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. Matt called to let us know that he could arrive earlier than we were expecting him. He showed us the broken spring, and suggested that we might want to consider replacing the garage door, which is 60 years old and is extremely heavy (est. 400#). We chose to replace the springs. He worked very fast and efficiently. We are considering replacing the door. Matt was very courteous. We were happy with the service.

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

Anthony was our technician. I called precision door since my door just fell and was a scary experience. The lady said someone would be in within six hours. Anthony called me in about 30 minutes saying he was close by and could come right away. The confidence and professionalism with which he handled the whole situation, I was comfortable leaving while he did the work. He was considerate, sweet, professional and efficient.
