I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, "Eric Kirby", my service techincian, was extremely professional and kind. My wife and I were pleased dealing with him. However, I was a little sad that we had to pay over $700 to get my truck out and have our garage door repaired. Times are tough. But, I am grateful that Eric was able to repair our garage door quickly, and we could get our truck out. I believe that Eric repaired the door so that it will operate effectively for many years to come. My wife and I are tried of having to have the door be fixed by so many "local garge door companies" using poor, inexpensive parts which eventually break down. Hopefully, this will be the last time that we have to have the door repaired. I would highly recommend your company. Your company is honest and professional. Tom did an excellent job of explaining my options. Whatever I decided on doing would be perfectly fine with him. I didn't feel pressured to purchase something I didn't need. Toms' main concern was getting my door fixed properly at an option that was acceptable to me. He completed the garage-door-rebuild in under 45 minutes just like he promised and left the garage the same as it was when he arrived. Tom is very professional and an asset to the company. I've already recommended Precision to my sister on the east-side and I'll continue to do so in the future.
