My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

The garage broke at 5 in the morning both vehicles inside garage and it was pouring the rain. Went on line and looked for emergency repair service. I was impressed they have someone to answer phones at 6:00 am and had an appointment for anywhere from 10-12:00. The technician Anthony was very understanding, especially when he saw the door laying in the back yard. He told me my options and the cost. I felt he recommended the options and was honest with me. He worked quickly and was out of here by Noon. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Called in for a broken spring. The technician, Paul, arrived and inspected the door and opener and gave me some options after the assessment. The basic fix was about what I expected but I ended up opting for a fuller service for peace of mind about the garage door opener in a house we bought a year ago. The technician was professional, friendly and relatively quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for service.

Some guy named Jim Boland had been here in 2005 and left a "lifetime warranty on parts and labor". That warranty was honored without any problem or confusion. I also used the $10 off service charge coupon from the yellow pages - also honored without question! Same day service - actualy within a few hours by a competent and friendly serviceman. I'd have clicked 6 stars if you had them up there!
