Have a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Called for service and was told the cracking panels at the center of the top (2) panels were not covered under warranty as they are not considered parts. Was laughed at by the parts manager when told I had to pay for the service call and argued on having to pay a restocking charge for panels not yet ordered. Finally was able to get my money refunded after having to argue for more than 10 minutes over why I should have to pay anything at all based on my LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated by both the service department and parts department,

Service was outstanding! Called Precision Overhead Garage Door immediately when garage springs broke and scheduled a serviceman for the following day. The serviceman Paul Broschk arrived early, assessed problem quickly, and fixed the garage springs. Paul was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Five stars! The repair man that was sent to me name was Anthony and he was on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, polite and quick. We kept our (6 ft) distance because of the Covid 19 at a high right now but he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything like that. We still communicated from a safe distance when needed. I would most definitely recommend this company and this repairman if your undecided.

Our technician name was Greg he called to let us know he was on his way, he was on time, he explained everything. I ended up having to get a garage door opener.
