dear sir;may i first mention that your tech. (al) was right on the ball ;(1) i left a message on his phone, with-in a hour he call me back 5 stars ;(2) we set appointment time, he showed up on time 5 stars, i don't have a lot of it)(3)he did a great job/in the time he said he would/an he clean up after himself 5 stars again .may i say ,this is the 2nd time i have call al & will not be the last ;great job!!! you do have a good men out in the field for you
