Made the call at 9:45 and Paul pulled in just before noon. Gone by 12:30. Great job but went too fast for me to learn anything! Got all the product info I needed and going to let the unit live out it's life and get ready for a new unit. I'll give them the project for sure!

OUTSTANDING! Two days after Christmas (Saturday) and boing went the torsion spring. John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour.
