Service knowledge received was wonderful. Al was very polite and truthful with me regarding my old garage door. I just needed a new lock, but informed I really needed a new door due to the one I have is obsolete and not repairable. Although I am on a limited fixed income, I was not able to purchase a new door at this time! But believe me when I acquired my new home Al will be the first person I contact to inspect and give me the real deal of my garage door and home doors too!

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, "Eric Kirby", my service techincian, was extremely professional and kind. My wife and I were pleased dealing with him. However, I was a little sad that we had to pay over $700 to get my truck out and have our garage door repaired. Times are tough. But, I am grateful that Eric was able to repair our garage door quickly, and we could get our truck out. I believe that Eric repaired the door so that it will operate effectively for many years to come. My wife and I are tried of having to have the door be fixed by so many "local garge door companies" using poor, inexpensive parts which eventually break down. Hopefully, this will be the last time that we have to have the door repaired. I would highly recommend your company. Your company is honest and professional. All the work was done quite well. I would make one comment.. I think technician should also be trained on electrical work as there are cases where a new electrical outlet might be need to connect the opener and maintain overall asthetic of the area.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision about 2:00 and someone was at my house by 4:00. Mitch and Tom were my technician's and they were both wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. I would recommend Precision to everyone. It is a shame more companies do not operate like this one.

Al was really wonderful. He was very upbeat and polite. Our garage door is working so much better. The only minor complaint is that he should have swept up after himself. Having to clean up after a repairman leaves a mess is a pet peeve of mine.

Purchased a Groupon to have garage door inspected with minor maintenance performed. Also, assisted my husband electronically link the garage door opener to the Homelink system in our new car which we were having trouble connecting.

I called your company regarding my need for a garage door repair and within about two hours I had a technician arrive at my home. Tom fully explained what needed to be done and the products used to service the repair needed. The work was done quickly and everything is now functioning properly again. Brad did a good job. I thought it was a very expensive replacement of two springs, however. I don't mind paying for good work and good service, but the price was very high. Brad came back on Saturday morning, just as he said he would do, we did agree that he would call us to confirm that he would come, and he did not do that. As I mentioned previously, however, Brad did a very good job. He was quick, and he was honest.

I had inadvertently closed the garage door and the only working opener was in my car, in the garage.This happened around the last week of November. It was 8:00 PM and I tried to open the door manually with no success. I called your company and they scheduled an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00.The on-call technician, Eric, called within a half hour and was on site by 9:00 PM. He worked for about a half hour to manually unlock with no success. I authorized him to cut a hole in a panel so we could hit the switch to open the door. This garage had no other means of entry (side door, window, attached to house). He took the information for the new panel and explained that when the door was installed originally, the manual release was installed to the frame of the door instead of the release mechanism. The panel came in about two weeks later and Eric came to do the installation. Unfortunately, the wrong panel had been ordered and the door was not fixed. Eric did install the new panel on Thursday and I no longer have to get out of the car to open and shut the door! The only disappointment was the length of time it took to install the panel. The technician was terrific: very polite and professional, always prompt and called when enroute. I do not know whether this happened by accident or deliberate - I think it was critical to your success that the same technician was on the job thru to completion. Prior to installation we were contacted to determine best date and time and you were always very accomodating. I would definately make referrals to you in the future and call you for additional assistance and purchase. Thank you for your assistance!

Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.

Dear sir I am "very" disappointed with the replacement of my garage door. I was told that my opener would be reconnected, it was not. I expected some provision to be able to diconnect the opener, if it were to fail, so I could open the door. There is only a small handle on the bottom of the door to open it manually.

The day we installed Mr. Watsons door he was not home. He had some expectations the installer was not aware of. Once we became aware that Mr. Watson was not happy we returned and took care of both of his concerns. Mr Watson is no longer "disappointed"

I was glad Precision was able to service my garage door on a Sunday. The torsion spring broke Saturday night and I didn't want to have to miss work on Monday. Tom arrived on time (after calling to say he was on his way!). He was very professional and explained all of my options. After I gave him the go-ahead he got right to work and completed the 'rebuild' in just over an hour. Other than the unexpected expense of the repair (a bit on the expensive side!) I had no complaints about the quality of the technician (Tom) or the work performed.

Precision repaired a broken spring and bent back some hinges that were damaged when the original spring broke. As well as a little tune-up work. It was more expensive than I had hoped but Steve was very personable and professional in carrying out the work.

I called two other companies for estimates, and never received a phone call back, my husband had done business with Precision Door in the past and told me to call. I immediately got an appointment set and Al was the technician sent to my house. He was very nice and because of the wonderful e-mail that you guys sent me with the picture of the technician,I knew right away who he was.The appointment was on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon i had a brand new garage door!I was so excited and the price was reasonable too!
