Chris came out to the house within 2 hours of when I called. He did a great job installing new springs, new rollers and performing all needed maintenance. Hello, Everything appeared to go well this morning but I went to open the garage door now (to run an errand) and the door will not stay up and I cannot get my car out. I have called your office to ask that someone come out tomorrow (Friday) to get this corrected and I have an appointment for late morning. Luckily, I am working from home tomorrow otherwise I would miss a day of work. The person I spoke with told me that I may be charged $65 for a service call. REALLY? Please tell me that your company takes responsibility for the work done and parts installed during at least the first 24 hours. Thank you, Melanie Klinec

My neighbor Rosemary Canitia sent over the Precision Tech because we were having troubles with our garage door. The Tech who was Chris came over. I explained the noise and what the door was doing. Chris explained in detail what the procedure would be to determine what was wrong. Chris was a great Tech, he explained in lay terms what had to done to make it work to be efficient and maintenance free for the future years to come. Chris, discussed all avenues and prices and I gave my consent to do the job. Chris gave Great customer service, neat in his appearance. I was very pleased. Thank you. RATING IS 5 STARS!!!!

Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.

I called this morning around 11 am for a garage door opener repair because the door would not go down. I got a 4-6 pm appointment. The technician was there around 4. The job was complete shortly after 4:30.

Chris Pfuhl arrived right on time, said it would take him about a half hour within the time frame he was done. Cleaned up work area no one could tell he had been here. Very polite young man and very professional. I would call your company again when the need arises .
