Matt Petroff was our tech and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his work. Stated he would be at our residence between 2 and 4 pm and was on time. Told us it would take one hour to complete the service but it took him much less time. Was very neat and cleaned up after himself, and looked and acted very professionally.

I would give this company 5 stars. I called Precision Door Service on Tue. at 9:30 am after looking at their website. I told then I had a broken spring could they send someone out to repair it. They said they could have their technician Matt Pettit at my home between 12 and 2:00 pm. They sent me an acknowledgement to my cell phone of a picture of Matt and the time he would arrive. He called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Once here Matt looked over the broken spring and gave me several options and prices on fixing the problem right. Matt was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My garage door is now smooth and quiet. Great job Matt. I was very satisfied and would recommend you and your company.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday, and by Noon on Saturday I had a new garage door opener, a pad for the bottom of the door, and the rollers in the tracks inspected and repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the technician Matt. Matt told me he would be there in the morning, showed-up on-time, and walked me through everything he was going to do and priced the cost of the job right then. After he was done, Matt explained how to use the new accessories I didn't have before for the garage and the door opener. There are a lot of nice extras like the garage lights automatically coming on when I enter the garage through the house. The belt driven garage door opener is so quiet, especially compared to my old chain driven garage door opener. I am a very picky consumer so believe me when I say if I am happy you will be happy too. I highly recommend you call them before you go anywhere else.

With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. I called around to get general estimates to install a lock on a garage door at a rental property. Precision was the only company willing to give me a price range of locks and tell me how much the service call would be. The garage door had an opener, but it hadn't worked since we bought the property. We assumed it would be cheaper to install a lock than to repair the opener. The technician, Matt, asked a few questions and took a quick look at the setup. He discovered the wiring going to a safety sensor was bad. He quickly replaced the wire and the door works beautifully now. The best part was that the price was lower than installing a lock. If I look at time spent and cost of materials, the price was high. But when I factor in that Matt had the knowledge and training to repair my problem in very little time, freeing me up to go back to work, the price was very reasonable.

When we bought our house last year, the garage door opening system failed in the first 30 days. We contacted Precision and they came quickly and had a brand new high quality system installed in one visit. The technicians are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. We recently had a small service issue, called the office and a tech was there in about an hour. It required just a small adjustment and we were back in business. We highly recommend Precision!

Matt Petroff is an excellent technician! He diagnosed the problem, gave me options, did a temporary fix until my husband cleared the boxes from the center of the garage. He returned at the appointed time another day, worked diligently, explained how it operated, helped me program the code, gave me my remotes and written instructions, and even put light bulbs in the overhead panel. Great job, very pleased, very quiet operating system, and definitely a 5 star performance! I would certainly recommend Matt and Precision Door to anyone. Matt Petroff called and was at my home in twenty minutes. Confirmed the spring needed to be replaced and gave me options. I chose to have both springs replaced and he had the job completed in an hour as estimated. This was on a Saturday afternoon and was a life savor for us. A rating of 5!
