We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! The service technician and the installers were timely, professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn't think of hiring any other company. Thank you Precision Door!!

Precision responded on a Saturday in June to fix and replace a worn out opener and I ended up spending more than I budgeted on garage door accessories (springs, wires, brackets, etc. ) that needed replacement. Because of the doors age it still occasionally malfunctioned and I would have to adjust it. In January the sensors kept the garage door from closing at all. I gave up and called thinking I would have to pony up some more money. When it was snowing and 23 degrees outside, technician Jim Boland returned and treated it like a call back. He assessed the problem and quickly created a solution that worked. It is great to know they stand behind their work. I wished I would have called earlier, and given the cold weather, I bet Jim does too.

I picked your company out based on your website only. I had no references to pick out any other way. Your rep came out the same day I called and was very helpful. I received very good service from all three technicians, Anthony, Jim, and especially Brad. When doing the final steps to installing my garage door, Brad noticed that my door was off center, due to settling of my house. He made some adjustments and my garage door looks great. He also took extra time to clean and fix my original door opener, which was not working due to my sensors being messed up. It was above and beyond the work he was there to do. The young man showed up at the time I was told he would be here, there was actually nothing wrong with my door. It seemed to be sluggish due to the extreme cold temps out lately. He did explain all of the components that make a garage door opener work and their function. Also what I should be aware of to know if there is a problem. Afterward, he made a few minor adjustments to the door and was on his way. I appreciate the explanations in terms I understand. All of my dealings with this company have had positive results!

The young man came to my home, identified himself, found the problem with my door, showed me and explained everything in terms I understood, and fixed my door! One of the springs on our double overhead garage door broke late in the morning, and I contacted Precision to see how quickly a repair could be performed. After arranging a convenient time for a same-day repair, their service technician, Brad Buzzelli, arrived as promised and quickly replaced the springs. Brad also inspected the door, adjusted the chain tension on our opener, tightened some loose hardware, oiled the bearings and provided me with a nice review of the work he performed. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received, and I will gladly recommend Precision to my family and friends.

we are very satisfied with the work the technician performed..he was knowledgable and friendly and the door works much better. my only complaint is that the technician was a no show for our first appt and we weren't notified that he wasn't coming til we called to check why no one came. i understand things come up and there are emergencies (our wasn't) but a phone would have been nice to inform us and to reschedule the job.

Brad did a beautiful job. He rebuilt our garage door. We had been worried that the door could fall on our car because the opener was rattling and appeared loose at the wall. He also showed us the rusted plates at the bottom, which of course he replaced in the process of rebuilding. Thank you Brad, it was a pleasure having you do the work and show us what was happening. We will certainly call Precision should we need any future work.
