Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.
Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

I randomly chose Precision from the yellow pages because of their BBB member status. From the initial phone call to the completion of service the experience was excellent. The woman I spoke to explained that weekend service was not an additional charge and asked for the promotional, cost saving code, from the advertisement without my having to ask. The service technician, Brian, showed up on time, was professionally dressed (shirt with logo),introduced himself, and was courteous throughout the repair. He explained three repair options, with corresponding costs, and allowed me to decide without pressure. He proceeded with the repair and was in and out within the time frame he had estimated. The repair was fairly straightforward without complications. Brian explained the warranty and how to contact the company in the event of further or future problems. All in all it was a very good experience. I would, and have, recommended Precision to my friends, and associates on my Condo Association"s Board of Managers. Even though we, as homeowners, do not like to have to repair such things as garage doors, thanks for a great experience nevertheless.

You guys are absolutely the best garage door company out there! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new door purchases. For years we lived with our old, loud, annoying doors and operators that would aggravate us constantly. There was no way you could open the door without everyone in the house knowing, hearing that awful sound. But we didn't really know that there was something better until we met Jim and he demonstrated what a quality door and operator could do. This new system is SILENT! We see our friends' jaws drop when we press the button to show them. It's amazing what a difference a great door makes - we use this door more than any other in the house and it just makes us feel great every time we use it. The door itself is high quality and not one of those common "plinky" kinds that makes a cheap metallic sound when you flick it with your finger. It's clear that this system is built so well that it will last a lifetime and it's way worth the additional investment. No more door troubles. Thanks so much for your great service. We have enjoyed these new doors for the past couple of years and continue to recommend your company to everyone we meet.

The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed.
When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot! An hour later I had a beautiful new, modern, quiet, strong, smooth garage door opener with a lifetime warranty. Great service, great price, great product. I'm a happy customer and will keep calling on Precision!

The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.
