I purchased service and a keypad entry installation from Groupon and they came out the very next day and explained the condition of all parts connected with the operation of my garage door. I called for service because I thought the problem was the opener, which we purchased December 2016, but it turned out to be the springs. The technician was very nice and helpful. His name was Will Coad. I did think the price was a little high, but I had to have the work done. I told Will that when we got the opener in December we never received a manual with it, he told me he would let you know and you could get one for me.

I have been very impressed with Precision, and their business philosophy. The customer definitely comes first with Precision. They are available whenever you need them. Our door spring broke, and we were basically unable to get our cars out on a Saturday night. I got in touch with Precision by chat room, and was able to get the door fixed on Sunday morning. I don't know of another garage door company that offers that kind of service. Later we decided to replace the whole door since the one we had was builder's quality, and we wanted to upgrade. The new door was professionally installed and we are very happy with the whole process.

Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.

Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color. We would highly recommend using Precision Door and requesting Will as your technician!

Will was very helpful and identified our problem quickly. He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. Brad was very understanding, patient & helpful on the phone. He made sure my appointment was next day. Will, my tech, was super as usual ...as he has performed services at my home before. He went out of his way to explain EVERYTHING and SHOW me how to work & lubricate the opener correctly. He is SO knowledgeable and friendly. - Great service!
