4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.

Precision Garage Door Operations Manager - Brad Buzzelli resolved an accidental garage door coming down on our RAV4 resulting in damage of the panel. This was resolved in a very timely and a professional manner by replacing the panel and fine tuning of the opener. Thanks a lot.

Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! I found the company by searching online. After reading some of the reviews and noting the 24/7 service, I called at noon on a Saturday and was told a technician would be at my home between 4 & 6 that afternoon to fix my broken spring. What was nice is that a live person answered the phone rather than having to set up my appointment via voicemails or recorded messages. Within an hour I received a call from the technician, Ryan, who said he could be at my home by 1:30. He showed up when promised, explained all of my options regarding the repairs, including the price for each option, and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. He was professional, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and made sure I understood what was done before he left. I am very pleased with the service provided and gladly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I had an emergency to get out but my door would not close. Ryan was here within the hour so I was very pleased with his service. They may cost a little more but the warranty and service is worth it so am glad I had them replace my old one. So far all problems have been resolved and Ryan is very nice.

I found my experience to be most enjoyable. I called on a Sunday and spoke to an employee. You can imagine how surprised I was. Then a technician came to assess my garage door. Ryan is the technician who came today to install my 2 new doors. There was quite a lot to do but he was very efficient and had both doors completed before the time they said it would take. My wife and I are pleased with the door and opener. The installer drilled 8 unwanted holes into the ceiling before finding ones that would work. That was something that we didn't expect to happen with professional installers.

When I called Precision for service call, the receptionist that answered was very polite and courteous. The technician Ryan was on time for the appointment and he too was polite and courteous (I am guessing that this a typical attitude with your employees) He explained all of the repairs needed after which I decide that it was more cost effective to replace the door instead of making the repair. Ryan ordered the door and scheduled the install for the next day He did a great job installing our new garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone needed a garage door repair
