Our technician, Will, arrived a couple minutes early and quickly had an estimate ready for a door rebuild. Everything was done in roughly 1.5 hours. The door functioned beautifully afterwards and operated much quieter/smoother than before. Quality work!

At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.

We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. He was competent and cheerful while he was working and showed us how the new garage door controls worked. We would definitely give them 5 * and would recommend this company to others.

Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!

I've had trouble with the garage door and opener a few times over the past year. I had another company perform those services, but I decided to try Precision Door this time. Paul thoroughly inspected the garage door and opener. His evaluation explained why I've been having trouble. A new, lighter weight door and a new opener have been ordered. It will be good to not worry about future door problems. Paul was friendly and personable. He's a good ambassador for Precision Door.

The service call response time was excellent. Anthony the technician was pleasant, explained all options and proceeded to complete the work professionally and within a reasonable period of time which allowed me to then go about my day. 5 Star rating!
