He did great work on the spring and very nice and pleasant to conversate. He did excellent work. The only issue is that he filled out the inspection sheet, but did not explain it to me. For example, the garage door is unbalnced was checked...what does that mean. was it because of the broken spring or something else.

We apologize for not taking the time to fully explain the Safety Checklist. Al was working with a bad cold and was not on his A game. Al did contact Mr. Hall and explain the Safety Checklist to him to his satisfaction
