Types of Reviews

This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.

At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

I had hoped my garage doors could be fixed but they had died. I was extremely pleased with the way the the new doors were installed. Tom was very friendly and competant. My garage door would not go up, and I could not open the man door because I had misplaced the key. My car was trapped in my garage with no way to get to work! I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment that same day. Jeremiah Byrd was there on time and was very personable and professional. My garage door was repaired and I was on my way to work within 45 minutes!

The whole experience was handled professionally, from the receptionist who took my call and dispatched the work timely, to the final repair.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door to all!

I chose Precision because of a previous visit to repair an existing garage door opener. At that time they were very professional and fixed my problem. So this time I called them back. The tech Brad, gave me my options, I could repair the opener that was about 17 yrs. old or replace it with a new one. He explained everything he would do & the cost. I chose the new one. He was done in a short amount of time, cleaned up the area & went over items where I had a concern. Thank You

Problem was quickly assessed and two news garage door openers were installed.Our garage door openers were not working. We had been opening our doors manually. I called for a service appointment which was easily scheduled over the phone. We were given a two hour window of when we should expect our technician to arrive. Brad of Precision Door called about an hour ahead of schedule and asked if it would work for us for him to arrive early. That worked for us and he arrived within 20 minutes.

Brad was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem we were having, and gave me the options I had. No pressure, just the facts. We decided to go ahead with having two new garage openers installed, as he had the parts with him and would be able to do it that day. He completed the job in about two hours, explained everything thoroughly to me, and cleaned up everything thoroughly.

From what I can tell, it was a very professional job well done. I am very happy with the service and product I received for the price I paid, and would gladly recommend Precision Door Service, especially Brad, to friends and family.

I met Jim Boland at the Lakewood home show. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly at the time set. He looked at the door and suggested that only the bottom panel needed to be replace along with the wheels and a general servicing. Being retired, I greatly appreciated not having to replace the entire door! The honesty true customer focus was very refreshing. I will be very happy to recommend both Precision Door Service and Jim Boland to my friends and neighbors.
