Matt previously repaired our garage springs but soon after we had an issue with the garage opener so we purchased the Liftmaster. Matt told us about this product during his initial visit. We were planning to make the purchase in late summer but ended up doing it sooner. Matt was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He even came back afterwards to install a master link on the chain. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt and we would recommend him to others. Hope all your technicians are as good as Matt.
