Our garage door broke early morning. Precision was able to come on the same day at the time promised. The service technician, Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. Piece on my opener snapped. Came out next day on a Saturday. Installed a new unit quickly. Helped me out with a couple other aspects of the door and also helped to reprogram the openers built into our cars. Good service.

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Precision totally due to prior experiences with them and this was no different. Very very happy with the Tech Paul B and his recommendation. He worked so fast and the door is perfect now. Thanks for being a company I can trust to be professional and honest.

I had a representative at my door within a few hours. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The work was completed timely and again he spent time with us going over the new features. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

We called Precision and we were able to get next day service. Our technician Paul was excellent. He took the time to explain our options and we decided to get a new opener. Installation was less than an hour and Paul explained the entire procedure to us and explained all the workings of the new opener very clearly. Very satisfied with Precision Door Service.

I am an old man. I've been around and flim-flammed for a long time. Today, I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I found a really great service company. Precision Garage Door Inc.! I heartily recommend them them to everyone. Promptness, courtesy, expertise, you name it, they are the best. If you're lucky, you'll get service rep Greg come to fix your problem. He's super! I feel I lucked out when I contacted Precision.
