Amazing friendly quick experience. Zoran was the technician who came out to help and was in and out and very helpful and friendly. Recommending to all my neighbors. Put my initial call in at 930 to request help and Zoran showed up 2 hours later and put my door back on track and completed everything before noon.

We chose Precision for a new garage door and opener 4 yrs. ago and have never had a bit of trouble. The service was outstanding. After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. He was quick, personable and very efficient. Thank you Precision for outstanding service again.

First class service on short notice by a knowledgeable and very pleasant service technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, confirm his diagnosis, and suggest a solution including several options. He explained his thoughts as he discussed the available choices and was able to help us choose what served us best. Two days later arrived with parts for a quick install with description of what was being done and improvements over older(20 plus years) replaced motor and chain. Exceptional service start to finish. Easy to make a convenient appointment. Technician Paul Broschk is fantastic. Polite, punctual, efficient, friendly and clear. Service performed as promised and Paul even cleaned the garage floor. Price was fair and included a generous package discount for preventative work that I authorized. Highly recommended - I will engage them for annual maintenance.

I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. Precision is the only one I will call for help on my garage door and opener. Great Job............

I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.

Our garage door broke. We called & was given a time range for a service tech to arrive same day. Our tech, Paul, arrived & provided a clear & detailed explanation of our issue & choices to remedy it. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.
