Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Advertizement in phone book had Better Business rating and said you specialized in broken springs. And you do!! Our garage dood was fixed on time as promised; technican arrvied on time; explained all options; and fixed door. The door works better now then when it was new. I had hoped my garage doors could be fixed but they had died. I was extremely pleased with the way the the new doors were installed. Tom was very friendly and competant. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors to my friends and neighbors and family. The work was completed when promised. It was an extremly hot and humid day and he was great.

My garage door would not go up, and I could not open the man door because I had misplaced the key. My car was trapped in my garage with no way to get to work! I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment that same day. Jeremiah Byrd was there on time and was very personable and professional. My garage door was repaired and I was on my way to work within 45 minutes!

The whole experience was handled professionally, from the receptionist who took my call and dispatched the work timely, to the final repair.

I chose Precision because of a previous visit to repair an existing garage door opener. At that time they were very professional and fixed my problem. So this time I called them back. The tech Brad, gave me my options, I could repair the opener that was about 17 yrs. old or replace it with a new one. He explained everything he would do & the cost. I chose the new one. My garage door would not open. There was no other access to get into the garage, my service Technician, Jeremiah, was able to take off rubber molding on the side by the fascia and onlocked the levers. He replaced the lock for me and did a great job!

The service experience was very good. The person who answered the phone when I called was very pleasant. It was Sunday afternoon and my Garage Door would not go up. I couldn't get my car out. She made me feel much better when she told me a service technician would be able to come over that day between 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Prior to 6:00 PM I received an E-mail saying the service technician should be Jeremiah Byrd. It even showed his picture (very secure feeling) so we would know who to expect. Jeremiah (Service Technician) called twice giving us an estimate of when he would get to us after leaving his other customer. He was respectful, helpful and really seemed proud of the quality products Precision used when replacing parts. He completed everything within One and a half hours and then went on to his next customer. Excellent service on all ends. The Garage Door work great.
